1- Sleep Right
namely. Try to go to bed a a reasonable hour. 10 or 11.
2- Don´t Over Sleep
If you don´t sleep in you will be less tired. Wake up at 6 or7 and DO SOMETHING. MAny times we feel tired because our body has nothing to do.
3- Exercise in the mornings, 30 min of exercise in the mornings makes you have to sleep an hour less.
4- Plan. Planning is a celestial principle. Use it.
Anyways. I don´t have much time left (irony) butthats cuz i didn´t plan my email time to well;P object lesson!

Roofs are not normal. but they were quite fun. We just lugged the buckets of cement from the pros down below mixing it to the guys on the roof pouring it on. HAHA missionaries are great manual labor:P
